The web browser increases speeds by not loading web pages on the phone, but instead compressing and rendering them on a server, [1] similar to the operation of a thin client . The browser is available for a number of mobile platforms, [2] from low memory phones to high-end phones. [3] UCWeb Inc. Since its inception in 2004, UCWeb has stated its mission has been to provide better mobile internet experience to billions of users around the world.
